This is a monotype diptych done this last summer.  In it two images are merged and a counter-proof is rendered to be the mirror.  The figurative image is from an etching from the early nineties called "nightfall."  It was of a subject in Los Feliz, a nearby neighborhood.  The abstraction and variation developed last summer and rendered on the press.
